The current situation with COVID-19 is limiting us from seeing as many patients at our clinic so we can help stop the spread of the disease. Virtual care or telemedicine allows us to assess you by phone or video to see if we can address your problem remotely before seeing you in person at the clinic or determine if you need to be seen in person right away or if we can safely delay your appointment.
What you need to access Virtual Care
If you are interested in accessing virtual care it can be done by telephone or video. If you are ok with a video assessment you must have a computer, tablet or cell phone with a microphone and front facing camera. Depending on the situation it may be helpful for you to send us pictures if needed. Instructions will be provided once you book a virtual assessment.
