OUR STORY
The Ottawa Eye Clinic was established in 1997 by Dr. Steven Poleski on a former well-known National Capital Commission property in Ottawa’s East End. Since then it has established itself as a trusted source of eye care in the community for both patients and referring doctors.
The Ottawa Eye Clinic prides itself in offering a unique collaborative model of eye care where both optometrists and ophthalmologists work closely together to take care of your eyes. We believe this gives our patients a better experience as you can access both primary eye care services through an optometrist and receive speciality and surgical eye care with an ophthalmologist, all in one place. Our goal is to be able to address as many of your eye care needs as possible in a timely fashion with the right eye doctor and we believe our model enhances that goal.
Our facilities are wheel chair accessible, we offer an in store optical boutique with the latest styles to serve your glasses and contact lens needs and boast state of the art technology to better examine your eyes all in a friendly home like environment.
